Your New Role
As a Project Support Officer, you will provide essential support for a government-backed project.
Success in this role requires a strong focus on customer experience and problem-resolution skills.
- Support the processing of applications, including cross-team collaboration (operational and customer service)
- Resolve consumer enquiries related to the program in a timely and effective manner
- Resolve operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives
- Support Senior Project Officers in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on project outcomes.
- Actively contribute to building and maintaining a constructive culture within the division, demonstrating self-management and proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships, and systems free from racism and discrimination, ensuring people feel safe, valued, and able to participate.
