About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide clinical leadership and ensure clinical services provided by both inpatient and community settings at Metro North Mental Health–Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (MNMH-RBWH) meet the required service standards, governance, and patient safety.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Develop and review systems and quality processes on a regular basis with the team to ensure that clinical indicators and operational standards are met.
• Ensure staff are appropriately oriented, credentialed and roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Actively promote participation of all unit staff in quality improvement and benchmarking activities.
