About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead critical workforce management and payroll initiatives within our People & Culture (P&C) roadmap. This role acts as the vital link between business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical squads to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through execution for key projects and smaller initiatives.

Collaborate with delivery squads to ensure smooth configuration, deployment, and execution of solutions.

Optimisise UKG pro WFM system to meet the needs of the buinsess P&C roadmap

Support the evolution of the P&C roadmap by aligning initiatives with broader strategic goals.

Contribute to continuous improvement in workforce, payroll, and people systems.

Preferred Experience:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

Familiarity with UKG or similar workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos, Workday, ADP, etc.).

Strong understanding of payroll processes, employee awards, and enterprise agreements.

Experience in People & Culture (P&C) transformation projects.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements to technical teams.

Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Nice to Have:

Direct UKG solution experience (configuration or implementation).

Experience working with compliance-heavy environments and complex award interpretation.
