Due to increased demand, we’re looking for a qualified Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at our Brisbane depot, servicing and repairing our diverse fleet of campervans, 4WDs, and passenger vehicles.

Role Responsibilities and Duties

Carry out general and logbook servicing, inspections, and mechanical repairs

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment

Conduct Road test driving and quality control

Perform safety checks and maintain accurate repair and service records

Complete damage assessments (including offsite breakdown) and repair reports

Perform complex repairs like engine rebuilds, transmission overhauls and replacing worn or damaged parts

Skills & Experience Required

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent overseas qualification)

Minimum 1-2 Years of mechanical experience in repairing and maintaining a range of motor vehicles

Sound knowledge of vehicle systems (suspension, brakes, wiring, drivetrain)

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Valid manual open driver’s licence

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship
