Our client is a leading Not for Profit provider in Outside School Hours Care servicing Western Sydney. They provide ongoing training, development and career progression to all staff. This opportunity will join an established team and will lead the operations and compliance at this service.

About the Service:

Perks and finer details:

• Full time - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• $44 - $50 per hour + Super ($88k - $110k Salary Package!)
• Block Shifts available for team meeting and training days
• Out of Ratio hours - providing flexibility to your work-life balance
• You will be the Nominated Supervisor
• Before School Hours: 7am - 9am
• After School Hours: 2pm - 6pm
• This position is a 12 month secondment position July 2025- August 2026 with the potential to go permanent

About you:

• Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education as a Nominated Supervisor
• Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC (not essential, but desirable).
• First aid, WWCC, & Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk.
• Child Protection Certificate & Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• MUST be a permanent resident or citizen
