FIRE SPRINKLER FITTER - Service, Maintenance & Testing.

We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our team at Fire Plumb Victoria. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne.

About the role: This position will take responsibility for the efficient, accurate and safe completion of all allocated fire service works.

We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter who’s currently registered with the VBA. You will need to possess good time management skills.

Responsibilities will include:

Providing maintenance, repairs, flow testing & minor projects across a range of commercial, government and industrial sites. You will be working on fire sprinklers, hydrants, hose Reels, pump sets and water storage tanks.

What we’re looking for:

· Must be Qualified and Registered Fire Sprinkler Fitter with VBA (Victorian Building Authority).

· Minimum 5 Years’ experience.

· Experience in isolating and draining of Fire Systems and Fire Panels.

· Flow Testing of Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant Systems.

· Fault finding and troubleshooting capabilities.

· Strong customer service focus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn new skills and a can-do attitude.

· Construction induction white card.

· Current Victorian driver’s licence

· Working with children’s card.

· National police check.

· Pre-Employment medical.
