Our Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters (everything from recruitment to employee relations)
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting managers on management approaches that promote Early Intervention and Positive Performance Management.
• Extending across performance and conduct management, absenteeism and health/rehabilitation.
• Shows resilience and can navigate ambiguity to deliver outcomes in a complex and changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.
