Position
Reporting to the Finance Director the key duties include developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support business cases and investment decisions, as well as partnering with various stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and influence strategic outcomes. Responsibilities include tracking actual and forecast capital expenditure, reviewing project spend requests to ensure alignment with business cases, and delivering timely and accurate month-end reporting at both group and site levels. The role also involves business partnering to support results delivery, along with ad hoc financial analysis and project work, including support for ERP implementation as needed.

Profile
This role requires an experience CPA/CA qualified Business Partner, with a hands-on approach to financial analysis while also operating at a senior level to challenge the status quo and contribute to high-level planning. The individual will be responsible for leading the finance stream of key projects, requiring a proactive, self-starter mindset to drive progress, ensure accuracy, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Supply chain or cost accounting experience would be advantageous.
