Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Delivery Driver? In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store
- Provide accurate pricing, availability & compatibility to customers
- Understand vehicle makes, models and parts compatibility
- Handling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently
- Recommending and locating automotive parts
- Delivery runs to customers
- Accurately picking and putting stock away
- Developing & maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met

ABOUT YOU:
- Have a love for all things cars
- Knowledge of vehicle parts & the automotive industry
- Experience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customers
- Manual driver’s license
- Delivery driving experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and well-presented appearance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player
- Be available to work every other Saturday morning
