World Gym Busselton are currently seeking an energetic and motivated team player for the position of Customer Service Assistant for our Reception, Retail and Supplement Store. The role is casual 15+ hours/per week.

World Gym Busselton is a cutting-edge facility that features a comprehensive supplement and apparel store, where you will play an active role in its day-to-day operations and ongoing growth.

Reception Team Members are the face of our business and first point of contact for members!

The successful applicant will have:

Availability for work between 7:00am - 1:30pm weekdays and Sundays 9:00am - 12:00pm

Previous experience in sales and meeting KPI's

A solid understanding of supplements relevant to the fitness industry

Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills

A proactive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a clear drive for continuous growth and development

A passion for health and fitness

A strong professional work ethic and be well-presented

An ability to multitask and apply initiative

Computer literacy and an ability to learn new systems

An ability to uphold policies and procedures of the business to both customers and staff

A willingness to support roster/shift changes from time to time

The Role

As a Part-Time Team Member at World Gym Busselton, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our members!

In this role you will:

Preferably be of at least 20+ years old and able to work unsupervised

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests at the front desk and Barbel Café

Answer calls with professionalism, assist with enquiries, and connect members to the appropriate manager when necessary

Utilise various software systems to support members with enquiries, transactions, and bookings, providing efficient and helpful service

Assist members with creche bookings for our Kid’s World where needed

Learn about our supplement and apparel range to execute supplement and apparel sales to members

Perform café duties making protein shakes

Maintain venue cleanliness ensuring the reception / café area are always neat and tidy, the supplement shelves are stocked sufficiently, the apparel is precisely displayed

Perform opening and closing shift duties in a timely manner

Demonstrate the ability to follow directives, organize tasks by priority, and ensure timely completion

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and take full responsibility during their shift
