About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our Goodyear Autocare team in Gungahlin. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the growing needs of our busy auto repair workshop. This is a full-time position based in our Gungahlin location.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone

Manage the flow of customer enquiries, bookings and payments

Provide sales support and advice to customers on our range of automotive services and products

Ensure the front-of-house and customer waiting areas are well-presented and maintained

Provide administrative support to the workshop team as needed

Foster a positive, professional and customer-focused environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales assistant role, ideally within the automotive industry is preferred however not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a varied workload

A professional, friendly and helpful attitude

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

A team player with a keen eye for detail
