About Bric Housing
Bric Housing is a non-profit community housing organisation dedicated to providing secure, affordable homes for people in need. Our mission goes beyond just providing housing we strive to create safe, supportive communities where individuals can build meaningful lives and realise their full potential for a brighter future.
At present we manage 940 tenancies across the inner and outer northern suburbs of Brisbane, as well as Redcliffe and Caboolture. Our enthusiasm and dedication to making a difference has paved the way for exciting plans in our future growth.
What You'll Do
Depending on the role most aligned to your experience, you may be responsible for some or all the following:
Deliver a broad range of customer and tenancy management services to tenants and other stakeholders.
Support tenants to sustain their housing by mediating disputes, ensuring compliance with tenancy laws, and fostering a sense of community.
Provide tailored assistance to tenants, including resolving issues, conducting property inspections, and connecting them to relevant support services.
Build strong tenant relationships and contribute to community engagement by working in partnership with local agencies and services.
Manage tenancy enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses and adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
Respond to complex situations with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on achieving positive, sustainable outcomes.
Supervisory or mentorship responsibilities, guiding other team members and assisting with onboarding and service delivery improvements.
These roles are available at differing levels of responsibility and will be aligned based on demonstrated experience, qualifications, and the needs of the service. This approach recognises individual capability while allowing flexibility to shape the role around the strengths and contributions of the successful applicant(s).

Your background may include:
Real estate, property management, or community housing experience.
Social work, human services, or case management in areas like crisis support, mental health, or homelessness.
Customer service roles that required strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals facing hardship or mental health challenges.
Experience supervising or mentoring team members, contributing to onboarding, and or guiding others in day-to-day service delivery.
