Job Title: Steel Saw Operator - Casual ongoing
Location: Hallam Location
Pay Rate: $33.48 per hour + super
Location: Hallam VIC
Shift: Monday to Friday,6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Steel Saw Operator an immediate start in Hallam. If you're reliable, hands-on, and looking to gain experience or use your existing skills in a supportive and safety-conscious environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating a cold steel saw and steel bandsaw
  
• Measuring and cutting steel to specified lengths
  
• Reading and interpreting tape measure measurements
  
• Assisting with manual loading/unloading of steel (team lifting)
  
• Following supervisor instructions and maintaining a clean work area
  
• Adhering to all safety procedures
  

What You'll Need:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  
• Able to follow verbal instructions clearly
  
• Physically capable of manual handling duties
  
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  
• Steel-cap boots and high-vis clothing (safety glasses, gloves & hearing protection provided)
  

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Experience with cold saws or bandsaws
  
• Previous work in manufacturing or construction
