About the role

Nocturnal Lighting is seeking a full-time Picking and Packing professional to join our warehouse team in Heatherbrae, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders from our warehouse inventory
• Ensure all orders are packaged securely and in accordance with company policies
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to maximise efficiency
• Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to meet daily dispatch targets
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts and replenishment
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a picking and packing or warehousing role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order fulfilment processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one would be highly regarded
