This role

We are looking for an agile, quick learner to help our warehouse run smoothly and ensuring exceptional customer service, the right order shipped on time and in full. At Poseidon we pride ourselves on our customer service and our testimonials and reviews. As part of the team, you will have a unique role to keep our customers happy with our services. The role entails:

Picking correct stock, assembling order and box them up for dispatch

Ensuring orders are complete and correct

Dispatching orders using the appropriate courier and adhering to customer instructions

Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage or for discrepancies between goods and delivery notes

Moving stock between warehouses using forklift

Counting stock accurately for stock take

About you

This is a physical, fast-paced, hands-on role so it is essential that you are physically fit. A forklift licence would be a plus. You are reliable, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Business hours will be 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
