E-Commerce Pick-Packer – Permanent Part Time ***IMMEDIATE START***

Due to high growth we are seeking a highly driven individual to join our small family owned and operated pet product manufacturing business located in the Hunter Valley. We pride ourselves on being leaders in our industry and are looking for a highly driven member to join our team.

Our team provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. After your initial training, you will be expected to work autonomously while collaborating with our team.

Your Responsibilities

As a pick-packer, you will:
✅ Accurately pick and pack customer orders from our warehouse inventory
✅ Carefully pack items into boxes and satchels
✅ Maintain a clean and organised work environment to maximise efficiency
✅ Report any issues to senior team members
✅ Troubleshoot invalid addresses
✅ Learn and navigate the warehouse
✅ Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts and replenishment

Full training will be provided for all of the above.

Preferred Skills & Experience

While not required, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded

Proficient use of web browsers

Previous pick-packing experience

Customer service or retail experience

Experience working in a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order fulfilment processes (eg Shopify, Cin7, AusPost, Aramex)

Tuesday to Thursday working hours. Public Holidays off and Christmas time shut down.

A very attractive salary of $25-$30 per hour + Entitlements
