Your day-to-day:

• Running sites like a boss and keeping things on time and to spec
• Leading the crew with purpose - setting out jobs, assigning tasks, and getting stuck in
• Operating machinery (especially excavators & positracs) to a high standard
• Keeping machines clean, sites tidy, and clients happy
• Staying accountable - from pre-starts to daily logs, timesheets, and dockets
• Working with a variety of personalities and knowing how to get the best out of each one
• Taking pride in your work and mentoring those coming up behind you

You'll need:

• Experience in civil and general excavation (small subdivisions are our bread & butter)
• White Card + RII tickets for excavator, skid steer, and roller
• Strong skills reading plans, using lasers, and estimating volumes
• Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving savvy
• A current HR or HC driver's licence
• Zero criminal convictions
• The ability to follow systems, think ahead, and leave the site better than you found it
