We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Operator to join our crew in Pinkenba. If you’ve got basic machinery know-how, a concreting background, or just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn – we’ll train you up.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating and maintaining mobile concrete batch plants
• Driving to site, managing mixing processes, pre-starts, and washouts
• Helping around the yard when not on-site (general maintenance, manual tasks)
• Occasionally travelling for projects outside Brisbane (fully paid + $80/day away allowance)
• Night shifts may be required – maintenance hours can help round out your week

What we’re looking for

• HR licence (HC a bonus)
• Basic machinery/pre-start experience, or a concreting background
• Mechanically minded and physically fit
• Willingness to learn – we’ll back the right attitude with training

This is a long-term opportunity with plenty of room to grow – one of our current operators is now progressing based on performance and initiative.
