We are looking for conscientious, compassionate nurse with practical communication skills and a high level of attention to detail while providing the highest-quality patient assessment and care.

You will be rostered to work at a General Practice clinic in Noosa Heads or to visit aged care facilities to conduct multidisciplinary care plan reviews or health assessments. You will get exposure to all domains of General Practice.

Your skills required:

Chronic disease management

Vaccination (adult and child)

Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – active listening, empathy, and confident verbal communication.

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
