Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to:

Oversee the organisation's financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Oversee a small team across finance and administration

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.

Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure high performance.

Tax obligations

Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders as required.

Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.

Requirements

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA

Strong and proven track record of team management

Excellent communication skills

Hands-on and adaptability

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
