Skills and Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Current Electrical License (essential)
• CEC Solar Installation Accreditation (for Solar roles)
• Refrigerant Handling License (for Air Conditioning roles)
• Current Driver's License
• CPR/LVR and Working at Heights certifications
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Leadership abilities and a positive team attitude
• Experience working at heights
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
