Evolve Talent is on the lookout for hard-working Tradies - Carpenters, Roofers, and Trade Assistants - to join leading contractors across NSW. With full-time hours, solid pay, and opportunities to upskill, this is more than just a job - it's a pathway forward.

We are open to speaking with candidates with onsite experience, construction or modular building experience and also candidates that have exposure working within an assembly/manufacturing facility.

Roles We're Hiring For:

Qualified Carpenters

• Confident with pre-hung doors, skirting, locks, and architraves
• Know your way around plans and technical drawings
• Modular and prefabricated experience a bonus

Qualified Roofers

• Metal roofing, cladding (Colourbond, Matrix), and framing experience
• Solid understanding of various roofing systems
• Keen eye for detail and team leadership potential

Trade Assistants

• Handy with tools and ready to get stuck in
• Previous site, modular building or warehouse, or TA experience preferred
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
