About the Role: This is a dynamic support position with a mix of:

• Sales support – assisting with open homes, buyer follow-up, and property research
• Administrative tasks – managing databases, contracts, checklists, and ensuring every step in the process runs smoothly
• Lead generation – prospecting for new listings and nurturing buyer relationships

• Brilliant on a computer and tech-savvy with CRMs and admin tools
• A confident communicator who can engage with clients professionally

You’ll Need To Be Prepared To:

• Work hard (including some after-hours and Saturdays)
• Pick up the phone often and build rapport with clients
• Learn the ropes of negotiation and property sales
• Embrace ongoing training and development
