$35.53/hr + super + car allowance | Immediate start | Pay reviewed at 3 months

In and Out Trades is a growing trade business servicing real estate agencies and private homeowners across NSW. We’re currently looking for a qualified carpenter to join our team for residential projects in the Muswellbrook region.

This is a casual role with full-time hours, with the potential to move into a full-time position for the right person after a review period.

What You’ll Do:

Residential carpentry jobs (e.g. doors, locks, decks, framing, patching)

Maintain high standards and tidy work sites

Upload before-and-after photos using your phone

Follow our company procedures and time tracking process

What You’ll Need:

Trade qualification (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)

Reliable vehicle and own tools

Confidence working independently and problem-solving on-site

Strong time management and clear communication

Comfortable using your phone for notes and photos

Pay & Conditions:

$35.53/hr casual + super

Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)

Pay reviewed after 3 months

Weekly car allowance available

Start ASAP

Potential to transition into a full-time role
