We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds & Building Maintenance Worker on a casual basis. This hands-on role involves a mix of lawn and garden care, general building maintenance, and minor repairs across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, whipper snipping, edging, hedge trimming and general garden upkeep

Weed control, green waste removal, and minor landscaping

Basic building maintenance and repair tasks (painting, patching, minor carpentry)

Cleaning of external building areas and pathways

Reporting maintenance issues and completing tasks in a timely and safe manner

Occasional manual handling and use of power tools and small machinery

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance or similar roles

A trade background is preferred but not essential

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work

Ability to follow instructions and work to a schedule

Good communication skills

Current driver’s licence required

Working with Children and Police check will be required for the role
