$35.53/hr + super + car allowance | Immediate start | Pay reviewed after 3 months

In and Out Trades is a fast-growing local trade business servicing real estate agents and private homeowners across the Central Coast. We’re currently hiring for three different roles — all casual with full-time hours, and potential to move into full-time positions for the right people.

1.

Qualified Carpenters (2x positions)

We’re looking for two qualified carpenters to join our team.

What you’ll do:

Small to large residential jobs (doors, locks, patching, decks, framing, cladding)

Maintain tidy worksites and follow procedures

Take before-and-after photos

Work respectfully and professionally

2.

Quoting Assistant

Great role for someone with trade experience who wants to be off the tools.

What you’ll do:

Visit job sites to gather scope details and take photos

Liaise with tenants and agents

Pass job details to our estimator (no pricing required initially)

Follow set procedures and use your phone for documentation

3.

Plasterer / Painter

We’re looking for a reliable plasterer/painter with a sharp eye for detail.

What you’ll do:

Patch and paint walls (residential properties)

Tidy and finish paintwork with pride

Upload job photos and communicate with the team

Work independently or alongside others

What We’re Looking For (All Roles):

Relevant trade experience (carpentry qualification required for carpenters)

Own tools and reliable vehicle (weekly car allowance available)

Ability to use your phone to upload job notes/photos

Great communication, initiative, and time management

Pay & Conditions

$35.53/hr casual + super

Full-time hours (Mon–Fri)

Pay review after 3 months

Weekly car allowance where applicable
