Full-Time Farm Hand – Dennistoun, Central Highlands, Tasmania

A full-time employment opportunity is available at Dennistoun, a 4,000-hectare cropping and livestock property located 7km from Bothwell in Tasmania’s Central Highlands. The property includes 600 hectares of centre pivot irrigation and supports a diverse farming operation.

The role will primarily involve tractor and machinery operations for the production of pasture and a wide range of crops. Additional responsibilities will include livestock husbandry, fencing, and general farm duties.

Useful attributes:

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Ability to plan and adapt

Welding and mechanical skills

Farming experience

An on-farm house is available as part of the position.

Remuneration will be in line with the Pastoral Award, and is negotiable based on skills and experience.
