Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious All-Rounder Operators experienced in operating heavy mobile equipment such as Caterpillar and Komatsu gear. This role plays a critical part in supporting production and site operations within a structured and safety-focused environment. The successful candidates will work closely with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to maintain operational efficiency while adhering to rigorous safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy mobile equipment, including Loader, Dozer, and Grader
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to support production and site activities
• Ensure compliance with all site safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
• Valid Class C manual driver’s licence
• Relevant qualifications and experience for operating mining loaders (CAT 992, CAT 994, CAT D10, CAT D11 etc)
• Ability to successfully pass medical assessments and drug & alcohol screening
