Essential:

Strong modern C++ skills (11, 14, 17, 20 or 23)

Strong development experience on Linux

Software design experience

Network programming exposure (sockets, multi/unicast TCP, UDP etc.)

Experience with modern version control and build systems

Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude
