• Step into a well-maintained portfolio of ~100 properties
• Focus on relationship-building and service — not chaos or crisis
• Supportive leadership and hands-on Principal from a PM background who genuinely cares

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, entries, exits, and occasionally support the leasing consultant with renewals
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Build strong rapport with both landlords and tenants
• Conduct open homes and attend to day-to-day PM duties

Who You Are:

• Certificate of Registration (required)
• 2+ years in property management
• Proactive, detail-focused and professional
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Driver’s license and reliable car
• Experience with PropertyMe is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided.
