Our client is a bootstrapped, early-stage AI startup with a vision to revolutionise real estate.

Following a successful product release and growing demand from customers, they’re hiring a Junior or Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to increase their build velocity.

You’ll join a deeply technical team, led by high-calibre founders (who have previously, successfully sold their businesses), and work on meaningful features that directly impact the product experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building full-stack features across Node.js, MongoDB and React
• Contributing to AI-enabled products that improve customer conversion
• Participating in weekly sprints and feature planning alongside the PM
• Pairing with the Tech Lead in a high-trust environment with fast feedback
• Helping refine our technical direction—code gets re-written often and that's okay

What you'll bring to the team:

• Hands-on development experience with React, Node.js & MongoDB / NoSQL
• Full Stack experience - Comfortable working across backend and frontend
• Curiosity and adaptability—you're not afraid to throw away code and iterate
• Experience using AI-enabled tools like Cursor or Copilot is a bonus
• Excitement about joining a company early and helping shape its future
