The Role

Join our team as a Full-Stack Developer focused on building cutting-edge web applications using the latest technologies and development practices. What You'll Be Doing

Full-Stack Development: Design and build modern web applications using Next.js 15, TypeScript, and contemporary UI frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver customised solutions that drive business value.

Database & API Development: Implement robust backend solutions using Prisma with MongoDB, develop RESTful APIs, and ensure secure authentication systems.

Code Quality & Deployment: Maintain high coding standards through proper Git workflows, implement comprehensive testing strategies, and manage deployment pipelines.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices to continuously improve our technical capabilities and service offerings.

Technical Requirements

Core Technologies: Proficiency in Next.js 15 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, and Radix UI for building responsive, accessible web applications.

Backend & Database: Experience with Prisma ORM, MongoDB, NextAuth.js for authentication, and Zod for schema validation and API data validation.

Development Workflow: Strong understanding of Git/GitHub workflows, RESTful API design principles, and modern deployment practices using Vercel or VPS environments.

Code Quality: Familiarity with testing frameworks, code linting, and modern development tooling to ensure maintainable, scalable codebases.
