The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-centric Store Manager to lead our vibrant team in

Newtown. If you are passionate about hospitality, obsessed with delivering outstanding

customer service, and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we want to meet you! You’ll

inspire your team, delight our guests, and help drive the ongoing success and growth of our

Newtown Gnoccheria.

What you will do (but not limited to)

-Lead, inspire and develop your team in a fast past environment

-Driving sales and growth, as well as implementing LAM strategies

-Champion Customer Service

-Manage the day to day operations of our restaurant

-Train, mentor and develop your team

-Work a flexible roster including evenings, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

-Ensuring and executing operational and service excellence

-Maintain the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers brands standards

About you

-A rounded hospitality superstar with proven experience in Food Retail, QSR/Restaurants – 2

to 3 years + in a similar role

-A true passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

-Strong business acumen with the ability to multi task.

-Proven track record of leading and managing high performing team

-A key communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude

-Have a current RSA and Food Safe Handling certificate or able to obtain one

-A strong knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails highly desirable.

-Committed to safety, quality and high standards.
