AGP Plumbing & Gas is a growing plumbing business based in Ballarat and servicing Western Melbourne, known for quality install work and a supportive team culture. We’re on the lookout for a Plumber who’s confident with installations and keen to grow with a business that’s expanding.

This role is install-focused, working across Western Melbourne and surrounds, with strong backing from a friendly, reliable team.

🔨 About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of install and service-based projects, including:

Split system air conditioning installs

Heat pump and hot water system installs

General plumbing

Energy upgrade and sustainability-focused work

✅ What We’re Looking For

Solid experience with plumbing installs

Air con experience is a bonus — but not essential

Manual driver’s licence

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Someone looking to grow their skills and be part of a motivated team
