Our client is a well-established facilities services provider renowned for maintaining safe, sustainable, and functional environments across various sectors. They are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Officer to join their team at a prestigious site located in Springvale, VIC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a groundskeeper, skilled tradesperson, or experienced maintenance professional to join a supportive team and take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds and general maintenance, including gardening, mowing, and upkeep of outdoor spaces
• Assisting with tasks such as landscaping, minor repairs, basic carpentry, and seasonal works
• Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a high standard of work
• Supporting site improvement projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Helping with moving furniture, equipment, and general upkeep around the site

About You:

• Proven experience in grounds or general maintenance OR a qualified tradesperson looking to expand into maintenance
• Able to handle a variety of outdoor and minor building tasks, including gardening and basic repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Driver’s licence required
• Ability to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check
• Able to provide two professional references

• Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Super
