About the Role

As a Senior Service Technician at TechTidy Consulting, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and IT solutions to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in East Brisbane, QLD. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for resolving complex IT issues and ensuring our clients' technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests from clients in a timely manner

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing solutions and recommendations

Perform maintenance, configuration and upgrades on client systems and networks

Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of technology

Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement improvements to service delivery

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities

Escalate and coordinate complex issues with the appropriate specialists

What We're Looking For

5+ Years of MSP Experience Experience as an IT Service Technician or in a similar role

Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or computer science
