About the role

As an Express Service Technician at MMG Auto - Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and efficient vehicle servicing and maintenance to our customers. This full-time role is located in Moorooka, Queensland and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and general inspections

Troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues using the latest tools and technology

Carrying out repairs and replacements in a timely and cost-effective manner

Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns

Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all work performed

Adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Trades, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Minimum 2 years of experience as a service technician, preferably in an express service or fast-fit environment

Punctual and well presented

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
