About the Role:

As our Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

2. Managing daily operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory

3. Ensuring high standards of freshness, quality, and food safety

4. Driving sales through promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement

5. Handling supplier relationships and optimizing product sourcing

6. Training and developing staff to maintain a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

1. Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with
outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in
the similar stream

2. At least 1 year proven experience in retail management , preferably in fresh produce, grocery, or supermarket

3. Excellent knowledge of fruit, vegetables, and perishable stock management

4. Customer-focused mindset with a knack for sales and merchandising

5. Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced setting

6.Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred
