Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to the participant.

Support client in managing behaviours of concern.

Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care.

Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

Casual position.

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Valid CPR certification (HLTAID009 or equivalent).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Must have Sleepover shift availability.

Desirable:

Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field.

Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
