Purpose of the role

We are a family operated poultry production business contracted to Ingham's Enterprises focused on quality and safety. Hours of work

This role is working a rotating shift pattern Monday- Sunday. We are looking for people who are flexible to cover various shifts and weekend work as and when the need arises in order to support the team.

Skills required

Capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards

Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures and information

Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, and also be able to work autonomously with positive initiative and ability to complete tasks

To be able to successfully communicate written and verbally

To be successful in this role you must:

Strong commitment to safety, health and animal welfare husbandry procedures

Be consistently punctual and reliable

Demonstrate flexibility to take on a range of tasks across the farm.

Previous experience working with animals would be highly regarded along with current drivers licence.
