Our family-owned poultry farm in Port Wakefield is looking for dedicated and reliable Poultry Farm Workers to join our team. If you are passionate about working in agriculture and are seeking a long-term career in a positive and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!

We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established farm with a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. While previous experience in the poultry industry is preferred, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in your role.

Key Requirements:

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)

Strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

A willingness to follow RSPCA and bio-security guidelines (training provided)

Must be able to handle all farm duties in accordance with health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

As a Poultry Farm Worker, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Bird weighing and monitoring

Operation of tractors, vehicles, and farm machinery

Daily mortality collection

Drinker and feeder adjustments

Weed spraying and whipper snipping

Routine cleaning and general farm maintenance

Machinery upkeep and basic repairs

Record keeping and compliance with WHS (Workplace Health and Safety)

Handling chemicals and adhering to safety guidelines

Following strict bio-security protocols

Additional duties as assigned by management
