What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ARC License: Essential for performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for traveling to job sites and responding to service calls.
• Minimum of 2 Years Experience: Proven background in air-conditioning and refrigeration installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• System Installation & Setup: Expertly install, set up, and test a variety of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and commercial refrigeration units.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and manufacturer specifications, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections, clean, service, and replace components as needed. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Service Calls: Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, addressing faults in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems with efficiency.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering expert advice on system operation and maintenance.
• Physical Requirements: Perform manual tasks, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environments.
• On-Call Availability: Be prepared for on-call or emergency service as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
