The Role

$50 - $60 per hour + Bonuses

We are on the hunt for a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our exceptional team!

Baldwin Group NT is a locally owned and operated business delivering specialist refrigeration and air conditioning services across the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine sectors in Darwin and the Greater Northern Territory, as well as further afield in Western Australia, Southeast Asia and New Zealand.

The technician we are looking for;

Is driven and motivated, with a willingness to learn.

Has excellent customer service and communication skills,

Has previous experience and qualifications in the refrigeration and air conditioning trade,

Has strong troubleshooting skills and a technical mindset,

Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,

Has the capacity to manage numerous tasks and to prioritise workloads, and

Has a high regard for the safety of themselves and those around them.

Applicants should have the following:

Refrigerant Handling Licence

Restricted Electrical Licence

Work Safety at Heights Certification

Drivers Licence

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Working with Children Card

Drive, motivation and the willingness to learn, and

A commitment to providing high quality work and exceptional customer service

What does the role entail?

The primary purpose of the role is to diagnose, repair and service a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in the Commercial, Industrial, Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine settings. Project, installation and some remote work also required, as well as participation in our rotating on-call roster.
