We’re seeking a motivated and experienced HV Diesel/Plant Mechanic to join a high-performing maintenance team at a busy, high-output production site. This full-time, permanent role offers stability, great earning potential, and a positive team culture where safety and reliability come first.

What’s on Offer

$48 – $50 per hour

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hours/week)

Work with modern Volvo trucks and heavy plant equipment

Key Responsibilities

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on trucks and plant equipment

Conduct detailed inspections, diagnostics, and corrective repairs

Complete service records, checklists, and maintenance logs accurately

Comply with WHS standards and company maintenance procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Support workshop operations during staff leave when required

What We’re Looking For

Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic (Certificate III or equivalent)

Experience working with heavy vehicles and/or plant equipment

Must have own tools

Strong commitment to safety, quality work, and reliability

Mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Welding experience MIG/TIG/Oxy (desirable)

HR or HC Licence (desirable)
