We are two fast-growing, innovative businesses operating side-by-side and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Leading Hand to take charge of our busy warehouse operations.

The Role

As Warehouse Leading Hand, you'll oversee daily warehouse and yard activity and supervise a small team of 3–4 workers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and support warehouse staff (3–4 people)

· Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, dispatch, and inventory

· Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and effectively

· Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment

· Oversee packing and loading of shelters, tiny home components, and materials

· Liaise with delivery drivers, suppliers, and internal project teams

· Assist in refining warehouse systems, tools, and workflow

What You Bring

· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related industry

· Proven experience in supervising teams and running day-to-day operations

· Sound knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) best practices

· Forklift Licence (LF) – required

· Physically fit with strong hands-on capability

· Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a small team

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Construction, prefab, or manufacturing experience (preferred)

· Valid Driver’s Licence

Hours & Conditions

· Full-time: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm

· Occasional overtime optional based on project needs

· Based at our warehouse site in Geebung Brisbane

· Uniform and PPE provided
