About the role

Poinciana Nursery and Landscaping is searching for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee our operations in Karratha, Western Australia. As a full-time position, you'll be responsible for leading a skilled team of landscapers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality landscaping projects for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of landscapers to complete various landscaping projects on time and to a high standard

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage project expectations and address any issues that arise

Maintaining detailed records of project progress, costs, and timelines

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to help develop the skills of the landscaping team

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in a landscaping supervisor or team leader role, preferably within the commercial or residential landscaping industry

Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Familiarity with various landscaping techniques, reticulation, materials and equipment as well as a good understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards

A relevant qualification in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field is highly desirable

A valid C Class

driver's licence and the ability to work in Karratha, Western Australia
