Full Time Position Available Now $35.00 - $38.00 per hour rate - negotiable and depending on qualifications and what you bring to the table, plus Superannuation and Over-Time when required.

Turf Developments (WA) Pty Ltd has been operating since 1990 servicing all facets of the Turf and Landscape Industries. For 30 years we have been steadily building a strong Commercial based cliental. Across this period, we have been awarded some very high profile extended government contracts covering a diverse range of areas within the turf and landscape industries. Lately, through expansion, our Landscape Maintenance Division is looking for Capable Staff. Website: www.turfdevelopments.com.au

We are seeking experienced operators with Horticultural and Mechanical backgrounds preferably with a WA Pesticide Spray Licence to help maintain our vast portfolio of Commercial Properties. Irrigation experience is an advantage.

Candidates with a MR Drivers Licence and a mechanical background is a certain advantage. The successful candidates will predominately be involved within our Landscape Maintenance and Gardening Division.

Our base is located 10 minutes East from Mindarie Keys near Wanneroo Road. An 8-hour day would typically be 5.00 am to 1.00 pm, however overtime will be expected when required.

Daily jobs include but not limited to

• Mowing, edging and brush cutting lawn areas
• Hedging
• Weed removal of larger weeds by weed hook.
• Spraying all weeds in hardstand areas and all small weeds in garden areas
• Raking gardens and collection of leaves / debris etc
• Report on plant health
• Checking through all irrigation stations and make minor repairs.
• Job reporting

An adult base hourly rate between $35.00- $38.00 per hour plus Superannuation and overtime when required. For all positions, the base hourly rate can be negotiated plus superannuation and overtime. All rates offered are well above award rate.

Apprentices paid at Apprenticeship Rates.

This is a genuine opportunity for a secure steady outdoor career in the Turf and Landscape Industry. Currently there is not a single turf or landscape project which we cannot handle.

Essential requirements

• Minimum C Class Drivers Licence - MR Licence preferred.
• Police clearance
• Honest and reliable
• Fit and mechanically minded.
• A willingness to do an honest day's work without supervision.
