CNC Miller/Turner

GEM Resourcing is recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller or Turner based in O'Connor, WA 6163. This is a long-term opportunity to join a reputable company servicing the oil & gas and mining industries. The role involves precision machining of parts using CNC milling or turning equipment in a workshop environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in CNC machining, ideally with exposure to CAD or CAM software. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is seeking stable, ongoing employment. Training and support will be provided where required.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Competency in CNC mill or lathe setup and operation
• Experience using CAD/CAM software for programming and modifications
• Capability to machine components for oil & gas and mining applications
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and meeting tight tolerances
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
• Commitment to safety and consistent work standards

• Reference contact details of two past employers
• Based already in Perth, WA
• Have the right to work in Australia
• Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Mechanical Trade) or extensive experience in CNC Machining
