Your Mission: As COO, you will oversee the backbone of our operations — finance, systems, technology, HR, performance tracking, and compliance — ensuring the Partners and teams have the tools, support, and structure they need to succeed.
Key Focus Areas:
Operational Leadership & Service Excellence

• Lead and evolve the systems, processes, and technology to support scale and efficiency
• Champion the implementation of AI and automation to drive productivity
• Collaborate with the Systems Manager to enhance platforms like Salesforce and CRM tools
• Ensure Partners are supported with the right tools, training, and operational insights
• Oversee campaign system compliance while minimising friction for Partners

Finance Oversight

• Lead financial operations including reporting, forecasting, and strategic modelling
• Oversee the offshore finance team and work closely with external advisors and tax/legal partners
• Deliver accurate, actionable board packs and performance reports
• Drive the financial processes that support sustainable growth

People, Culture & HR Leadership

• Lead HR function, compliance, policies, and agreements
• Drive induction, training, and professional development for new hires and Partners
• Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
• Work with senior leaders to attract top-tier talent as the business expands

About You:

• Proven track record in COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leadership roles
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally with exposure to professional services, M&A, or advisory environments
• Passion for optimising systems, processes, and integrating automation and AI
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching, developing teams, and scaling operations
• High attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders
