Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: Up to $250k Package
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established commercial contractor specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial, hospitality, education, and retail sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management within the commercial fit-out or refurbishment space
• At least 2 years of Australian construction experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued between $2 million and $15 million
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Solid understanding of WHS compliance, cost control, and contract administration

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage programs, budgets, procurement, and quality assurance across multiple projects
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Maintain site safety, compliance, and communication at all stages
